It has been a productive few weeks at the Language School recently, as we gear up towards our performances for Refugee Week and the end of term. We are well on track.

I use the whiteboards constantly in the music class, as a way of giving additional visual information and reinforcement, but also as an important tool in songwriting, and structuring more complex performance pieces.

Here are a couple of images from recent classes, brainstorming words for songs and chants about life after re-settlement in a new country.
